I am using Esquire as a case study for my Dissertation. Does it tick all the right boxes for male readers? According to the stats it does. Esquire is one of the lucky few that have managed to avoid circulation decline.
I would like to know if men would prefer to read this as a printed version or on their ipad/iphone? I see more and more of the phrase ‘print is dead’.
Does the future of men’s magazines lie with digital media, apps, e-books and websites?
And is there a solution to the magazine industry’s decline? What next for men’s magazines?
I hope to find out all of these answers in my research!
